Not sure I would serve these to company, per se, but they were great for a quick and yummy pork dinner! I halved everything, and I cooked them as I would meatballs (not on skewers). Very, very, easy.
Cook's Illustrated has tested the soaking or not soaking of skewers & deemed it unnecessary to soak them. Now that's one little time saver!
The meatballs tasted amazing! They started falling off the skewers on the grill so we grilled most of them without skewers. Fast, easy, and so good!
