You really can’t eat just one once you break out these grown-up fruit snacks, but take it slow—they’re strong. While we opted for a variety of melon balls here, you could use this recipe for any of your favorite summer fruits—from sliced peaches to strawberries.

  • Stir together watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, vodka, and limeade in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill at least 4 hours. Toss with fresh mint, and serve immediately.
