White Chocolate-Cashew Coffee Biscotti
A drizzle of white chocolate lends these biscotti holiday flair. For contrast, melt semisweet chocolate to drizzle over half the batch.

This is an awesome recipe for biscotti! I'm making it for my secret santa and it's sure to please! Very easy to make! I did follow the recipe on everything except I only used 3 tablespoons of coffee crystals as recommended in a previous review!
This recipe is a big favorite in my family. I make it every year during the Christmas for us to enjoy with our hot chocolate or coffee. I also wrap them in gift bags and give away as teacher gifts or hostess gifts at parties. I make it exactly how the recipe says. However this year I just baked it 10 min at 320 at the end and it was perfect. I have a different oven this year.
These are keepers. Very easy to make and very rewarding. I dipped bottoms in dark chocolate; if you give some out beware! Everyone wants more.
Pretty good biscotti. I followed one of the other reviewers advice and did not use as much coffee granuals as are called for - only 3 tablespoons. I also used parchment paper to line the cookie sheet and it worked great. I rubbed a little canola oil onto my hands before rolling the dough and did not have a problem with the dough sticking to my hands. I will make this recipe again.
