  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cold dough pieces, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl; gently toss to coat. Transfer dough mixture to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet coated with cooking spray. Let stand in a warm place (80 to 85°) until puffed slightly, about 40 minutes.

  • Drizzle dough with melted jelly and melted peanut butter. Bake in preheated oven until top is golden and the inside is cooked through, 18 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with more jelly, if desired, and sprinkle with peanuts.
