Wow. One review of three stars. Holy moly. How unfair. Reviewer changed three key ingredients in the recipe and then said it wasn’t that tasty. Common sense would tell you that is not the same recipe. Crazy.
Now I have not cooked it yet but gave it five stars to offset that inaccurate review. I might make this tomorrow. If I do I will give a fair review.
Assembled in the afternoon and cooked later. Used only 9 lasagna noodles, half and half instead of heavy cream, and pecorino romano instead of parm in the sauce. I topped with panko crumbs instead of more cheese. Taste was good but not great. Time consuming to prepare like most "from scratch" lasagnas.
