Instead of using frozen mixed berries, I used fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and a few blackberries. I put the fresh berries in the freezer for 30 minutes after I washed them. Then I followed the recipe as instructed. I let the mixture harden in the freezer for about 6 hours before serving. It was delicious.
This was ok. Might have been because I made it out of mangoes I had in freezer. I would add more splenda/agave syrup/corn syrup as it wasn't very sweet. I wouldn't bother with the mint either as it didn't do any thing to the recipe in our opinion. I froze it for a couple of hours and it was like sherbert but the leftovers the next day were hard as rock. Had to let them sit on the counter to break up. Might try again, don't know.
