This pumpkin spice creation swaps out the coffee for vanilla ice cream for a smooth, creamy milkshake experience fit for a breezy autumn day. Top the milkshakes with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and extra pumpkin pie spice to take this treat over the top.

Ingredients

4 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
6 Tbsp.s canned pumpkin (from 1 [15-oz.] can)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
4 Tbsp.s caramel sauce or topping (such as Hershey's, from 1 [14-oz.] jar)
Whipped cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Step 1
Place 2 cups ice cream, 1/4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons pumpkin, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 2 tablespoons caramel sauce in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Repeat process with remaining ice cream, milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and caramel sauce. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
