Pork with Chunky Applesauce
The fall family favorite goes lighter with barely sweetened apples. And instead of the typical pork chops, we go for lean, inexpensive pork tenderloin. Complete the meal with a side of Broccolini or broccoli.

Excellent, great tasting recipe. Simple and easy to prepare. I added a little additional seasoning to the pork (Tony Chachere Creole seasoning) and an additional 1/2 Gala apple. Otherwise, followed recipe instructions exactly.
I have made this twice now and it always gets great reviews at my house. Definitely a keeper.
This is a delicious pork dish and an easy weeknight dinner. I used thick boneless chops instead of slices of tenderloin, so I just pan-fried a bit longer then simmered in the sauce until cooked. I used a TBs of butter instead of additional oil to fry the apples and subbed coconut sugar for brown and hot paprika for regular. Next time, I might increase the amount of apple sauce because it was also great over rice.
A very nice, easy weeknight dinner!
Finally something both my husband and my 8 year old loved! They said it tastes just like apple pie and the pork was so tender and tasty! It was very easy to make and required hardly any time, just what we needed for this fast-paced family! Two thumbs up!
