Pork Chops with Roasted Apples and Brussels Sprouts
For the zestiest flavor, rub the chops with the brown sugar mixture the night before, and let them chill overnight.

A keeper for sure! Easy setup and easy cleanup. Would make again.
Enjoyed this! I heeded other's warning and watched the pork and pulled it out after about 22 mins. (12 mins. on one side, then 10 on the other). I like my Brussels sprouts really charred so I did broil, but were finished very quickly, maybe 2 mins. Will definitely make again.
Loved this dinner! Easy, delicious, & fairly quick. The spiciness of the pork chops goes so well with the sweet/tart of the apple/sprouts. My chops were only 1/2 inch thick so I reduced the cooking time. Also sliced the apples not as thick and par-cooked the sprouts( they were frozen so I microwaved them first for 3 min) so everything came out at the same time. Made it so easy! Bonus- clean up was a breeze- since you bake everything on a foil lined pan.
Made this exactly as the recipe was written and it is delicious!!!! Unlike some of the other reviews, my chop was cooked to perfection!!!! Will definitely make again!!!! Yum!!!!!
This was extremely good. My 6 and 8 year olds were gulping down brussel sprouts. What more can I say?
We'll make it again
This was amazing! I'm a college student with no prior cooking experience and this was really easy to make! The Brussels sprouts' sweetness is such a nice combination with the tangy apple slices and the spices marinated in the 'chops! This is definitely one of the most easiest thing that I can make!
The Brussels sprouts and apples turned brown/charred in the oven while I was baking the pork chops, so there may not need to broil it afterwards, but I did it and it was still delicious!
This is a keeper, moist and full of flavor. Added extra apples to the mix, and, as husband did not read all the instructions, added all the oil/spice & brussels sprouts/apple mixture to the pan at the beginning. The brussels sprouts/apple mixture was done when the pork chops were ready so did not need to broil.
These had awesome flavor..I did add the extra apple..but agree with the prior review - watch the cooking time as the chops and veggies were overdone with the stated cooking time/temp
I made this tonight and we all loved it! I didn't have time to marinate the night before but would love to try that next time. Next time I will add an extra apple and check my pork chops earlier.
