Ingredients: 1 (10-oz.) pkg. finely shredded cabbage (such as Angel Hair Slaw); 1 ½ cups thinly sliced dill pickle chips, plus 3 Tbsp. pickle juice, divided; 1 cup matchstick carrots; ¾ cup mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon); ½ teaspoon kosher salt; ¼ teaspoon black pepper; ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar; 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives; 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

Dill pickles, along with a splash of pickle juice, provide a delectable, briny tang that will set this slaw apart from the pack.
