Peanutty Coleslaw
Wasabi paste can be purchased in the Asian section of most supermarkets. If you prefer a creamy coleslaw, double the amount of dressing.

although i liked the taste of the wasabi, the coleslaw was nothing special.

Great twist on traditional coleslaw! Made exactly as directed and served with lo mein and grilled tuna.

A great recipe to have with Spicy Beans with Coconut Milk. Adds a good crunch.

I have been searching for this recipe ever since tasting it at a picnic years ago. I don't like regular coleslaws, but I LOVE this one!

Just made this today & couldn't keep my hubbie out of it prior to serving! It's really good! Don't be afraid of the amount of wasabi, with the other ingredients, it only gives a small amount of heat. Even my 10 yr old that isn't a spice/heat fan loved it! This will definitely be made over & over in our house!

This slaw is so good! I lowered the vinegar to 2 tablespoons, added in another tablespoon of mayonnaise, and omitted the wasabi and it was just delicious. I will make this again!
