Just read you article on canned pumpkin. So this is NOT pumpkin pie, it's squash pie!
I was very disappointed in the way this pumpkin pie came out. Not only did the piecrust fall apart, the pie itself was way too thin for my family. I will not be making this recipe again.
I made this last week and my family did not enjoy it. I followed the directions regarding the crust, but it still turned soggy within a few hours. They also did not think that it was sweet enough. I will go back to my old recipe
