Orange-Infused Cherry-Almond Biscotti
You can make these cookies up to a week ahead and store them at room temperature in an airtight container. When buying dried cherries, look for those without added sugar. Serve with coffee or tea.

I wouldn't change a thing. An excellent biscotti filled with lots of delicious dried fruit.
A very tasty cookie. I used just a few dried cherries because of their cost and low-sugar cranberries for the rest of the dried fruit. Also used Hodgson Mill 1/2 unbleached/ 1/2 whole wheat flour instead of the two types indicated. Added just a bit more OJ since the dough seemed a little dry. Very nice pronounced orange flavor--we liked these a lot and they're super easy. I made exactly 1/2 the recipe for our small family.
Easy to make, enough sugar for very good flavor. I like that whole wheat flour is included in the recipe. I made it according to the recipe; no modifications. I will make it again.
Very tasty and quick. Took it to Tea and everyone thought I had purchased it. Nice looking end product.
Easy recipe. Nice flavor. I made a few substitutions because I did not have all the ingredients, and they still turned out very nicely. Will definitely make again.
Great recipe! I did not change anything in this recipe. I used fresh orange peel and the juice from that orange. I know I'll make this again. It would make a nice gift for someone at Christmas (put in a nice tin).
