The flavor was good over all. I did have the burn issue with the flour mixture on the bottom of my insta pot so next time I will mix the dry with the broth before adding to the pot. Also, there was no mention of draining grease so it was a bit greasy so I left it overnight in the fridge and skimmed off the grease and next time will remove some of the grease.

Worthless. No nutritional info. I will never use a recipe that does not provide it.
My hubby just made this for us. Loved it!
The soup had a good flavor but the flour caused my Instant Pot to have the “burn” issue as so many recipes with flour added are prone to do. If I make it again I will likely add a cornstarch slurry at the end of cooking to thicken instead of using the flour at the beginning. Otherwise I just felt it needed a bit of heat so we topped ours with jalapeños in addition to the cheddar cheese and sour cream.
This recipe looks awesome. However I have a crockpot not a instant pot. How do I change the cooking times so I can make this in a crockpot?
