Delicious!
My husband and son love it.
A good, solid recipe. This would be great in the cool, fall months with roasted butternut squash and warm, buttery rolls. I used a little white cooking wine to deglaze the pan while cooking the pork.
I live in Austria and meat is cut differently here. I can never find boneless chops that are more than 1/4 " or so thick. So I bought a bone in roast, boned it and cut some nice fat chops. I didn't realize I was almost out of honey, so added apricot jam to make up the difference. These.....were.....outstanding. Yum!
Very easy and delicious.
Quick, easy, and delicious
A quick and easy solution for dinner, plates attractively, and is delicious. Will definitely make again!
This tasted great!! I made the glaze and cooked the porkchops seperately. It was sweet and spiced and looked perfect with the meat alongside baked potato, broccoli and soda bread. A n awesome St. Patrick' Day dinner!
Good recipe. Made exactly as written and my husband and 3 year old daughter liked them. Served with mashed potatoes as suggested.
SUPER quick and easy. I didn't have cloves so I used a little extra cinnamon and used spicy brown mustard instead of Dijon. I will make this again!
Yummy!!! Mine cooked much faster than recommended because I used thin pork chops. I used honey Dijon mustard and served with CL mashed Honey-roasted sweet potatoes. I would make these again in a heart beat!
Over whelming taste of cloves was a turn off. I would not make again.
Oh man this was really epic... My whole family loved it no joke my youngest brother took one bite and just just said YUM right away and again ate EVERY bite and hes soooooo picky about his food. I have this saved will defiantly make this again my family ask fr me to make it again :)
Love that the sauce is sweet without being cloying so - the ginger and cloves added beautiful flavor. Served with mashed red potatoes.
Very tasty! I didn't have any cloves, but it was good all the same. Will definitely make again!
My husband loved this! Very flavorful! We will definitely be having this again.
I was surprised how delicious this dish was considering how quick and easy it is to make. The cloves really give it that extra oomph!
This were great and very easy for a quick weeknight meal. Didn't change a thing, served with a baked sweet potato and a green salad.
This was a pretty tasty recipe. I used whole grain dijon mustard instead of regular, and increased the recipe because I was feeding more than 4 people. I served with mashed potatoes and roasted zuchinni.
If you are making this for your kids and they don't like the tanginess of the dijon mustard - I added some extra honey & cinnamon. Super easy to make.
So good! I was worried that the sauce would taste honey mustard, but the spices made it really unique. I would probably serve this to company, but it is a very easy weeknight meal. Served with basic mashed potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas with Lemon and Almonds (also CL). The sweet sauce was a nice on the mashed potatoes as well.
Delicious and easy. Great for everyday or special occasions. I made it just as instructed in the recipe. I served it with whole grain rice and a lettuce salad with tomatoes.
Outstanding! this savory recipe is a definate keeper. I served it to company and I had rave reviews. i might try the sauce on a ham steak. Thanks.
Delicious! Super simple (my 16-year old made it) and had a wonderful flavor. We didn't have ground cloves so they were omitted, I am looking forward to getting some and trying it again! Paired it with some asian-style veggies.
Terrific and easy sauce! It was very good with the pork chops and could be used with a whole host of other things. I added some micro-planed garlic and it was perfect. Served it with rice and my husband absolutely loved it.
Great flavor! I used butterflied pork chops and just separated them myself so I would have four. Also used a cover on the skillet since they were a little thicker than called for. The sauce was good, but I used a little extra of all ingredients except honey in the sauce so it wouldn't be quite so sweet. Served it with au gratin potatoes (healthier version) and salad. Everyone loved it, including my very picky brother.
We thought this recipe was wonderful. Instead of using pork chops I used bonless skinless chicken breasts. My husband loved it. Next time I will try it with pork chops
This was so easy to make and delicious that I'm defintiely adding it to my regular cooking lineup in the fall/winter. The flavors of the cinnamon/cloves/ginger are a great compliment to each other. It defintiely wasn't too sweet at all and I followed the recipe exactly. I didn't have dijon mustard though so I just used Gulden's Spicy. Can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch today!
These were an easy week-night dish that was tasty, but I wish the spices were a little more pronounced. I found it needed a little extra salt and pepper.
