This definitely is a keeper! The combined flavors work well together and the marinade was fabulous. I also used peaches in the salsa, since that is what I had - will make this again!
So good. I made the salsa with peaches as well.
Delicious! The sweet, smoky and spicy flavors blended and complimented extremely well. Made as is with the exception of using peaches instead of nectarines since I couldn't find.
