Delicious! We actually prefer it warm.
Swapped the lump crab for imitation (I’m sure real crab would be better but it was too expensive). Also reduced the lemon juice to just 1 Tbsp. I wish I had another jalapeno for the crab salad. Overall delicious!
I made the Green Tomato Soup with Lump Crabmeat a few weeks ago, and will make it again to take to share with friends. It is a perfect summer soup. The green tomatoes, poblano and jalapeno peppers and crabmeat salad make it unique. I made the recipe as written and was afraid we had too much, but it disappeared in a flash!
