W.O.W. - this pasta salad was delicious!! I halved the recipe, since it was just me and my husband and it was plenty for both of us for dinner and some leftovers for lunch! Not only was it delicious, but easy and fast to make! I think this is my new favorite pasta salad and I'm sharing the recipe with everyone. Thank you!
As a Registered Dietitian working in a hospital, my office throws a ton of potlucks in which we "try" to contribute "healthy" dishes. This healthier take on pasta salad is REALLY good. The spinach actually adds to the flavor, rather than feeling like a filler where you would normally prefer more pasta be added. Office loved it as well. Definitely dietitian-approved!

A little salty but otherwise wonderful. I will omit the salt or cut it in half...definitely a keeper!
My family loved it! I opted for a store bought fatfree italian and added 4 cloves of garlic mashed and it was a hit.
Made this tonight and it was a huge hit! My husband ate 3 helpings and raved about it. The recipe makes a lot so there are leftovers for lunches this week. Wonderful!

Amazing! Healthy, easy, and delicious - just what I want in a recipe! Marinaded some chicken in a second batch of the vinaigrette (minus the olive oil) and grilled it up for some protein.
I made this pasta recipe when I had to take a dish to a party. I am unable to eat dairy or soy, so bringing food to a party is always a challenge. I made the recipe as directed, but chose to put the feta cheese on the side for people to sprinkle in as they wish. It was SO tasty! I couldn't stop eating it as I was making it. It made a huge amount, and I am looking forward to leftovers! The dressing is tangy and delicious (although I added a bit more red wine vinegar and garlic to my liking). I would recommend this to anyone. YUM!!
This was fantastic! I took this to a friend who was just home from a medical procedure, and had plenty left over for my own family. I did add roasted chicken, which really made it a meal.

This is a great recipe with lots of flavor and texture and a nice variety of veggies.
This was great! I made one tiny substitution, my favorite greek seasoning instead of just oregano. And for the little kids, I just set aside some of the pasta, tossed it with a little olive oil & garlic salt. Everyone was happy! We had it along with grilled chicken that had been marinaded in a similar dressing, everyone loved it.
This recipe is excellent, the dressing is perfect!
