Well developed yeast flavor from the double rising. The texture of the bread held up to a layer of caramel and chopped pecans. It was baked like an upside down cake and flipped over to reveal gorgeous rolls bathed in pecans and caramel.
Hi Mountainmama. I wonder if Sunset saw your comment and fixed the recipe or if you missed what to do with the milk in step #2. The heated milk goes in the stand mixer. These are very good and make your house smell delicious!
Other than heating the milk to lukewarm, what do you do with it? Note: I have not tried this recipe because the resipe doesn't give complete directions.
