Speaking as someone who isn't a huge fan of polenta in general, I really liked the flavors of this side dish. The consistency came out a little dry/clumpy but I think that is because I let it sit while I plated the rest of the meal instead of serving immediately.
This was delicious. I only used 2oz of cheese and it was plenty. I could've eaten the whole thing!
