Creamy Feta-Spinach Dip
We've updated the classic spinach dip by adding tangy feta and omitting the artichokes and much of the fat.

I don't know what I did wrong, but mine wasn't very good at all. I followed the recipe exactly and had high hopes, but there was a LOT left over after the dinner party! I didn't think it tasted very good either -- ok, but just not something I'd want to make again.
1/27/13 pretty good. Could only find vanilla flavored yogurt; perhaps made it a little sweet.
Great dip. Dont be tempted to throw the garlic in the food processor with other ingrediants, it is too potent (and we usually doubler the garlic in any given recipe).
Very good and creamy. Taste & thickness make it seem more indulgent than a "light" recipe. Garlic comes through a bit strong, while the feta flavor is gentle. Greek yogurt worked great & saved some time.
This is delicious, very easy to make and doesn't taste light at all! Served with pita chips and carrots and will definitely make again for guests. I used Greek yogurt so skipped the draining step.
Great recipe, took me less than 5 minutes to throw together. I used nonfat plain greek yogurt and substituted half the neufchatel for two wedges of Laughing Cow Light creamy swiss. I buy reduced fat feta from Trader Joe's, so I used 4 ounces of that instead of 3 ounces of regular feta. I was too lazy to finely chop the spinach so I just threw it in the food processor - the result was a green dip but that's fine with me. I served it with Trader Joe's "reduced guilt" multigrain pita chips, carrots, and cucumber rounds. I always have all the other ingredients in the fridge, so I'm making this dip every time I need to get rid of some leftover fresh spinach! So pleased I found this recipe.
This was a major hit. I made it exactly as written, and wouldn't change a thing. My husband said it was the best dip we'd ever made.
This dip was delicious! I never would've guessed that it was healthy if I just tasted it. We added an additional garlic clove and used fat-free sour cream in place of low-fat sour cream. Read our full review with pic here: http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2012/02/creamy-feta-spinach-dip.html
This dip is so yummy, everyone loves it everytime I make it. The yogurt adds the perfect tang (I just use Greek yogurt instead of straining regular yogurt). I usually serve it with baked multigrain pita chips (or make my own whole wheat pita chips).
I didn't let the yogurt sit in the towels but still came out just great! Very refreshing and cool for the hot weather. Everyone loved it!
This was a great lowfat dip! I am making it for the second time! I am serving it for a super bowl party- perfect for entertaining. Plus you can eat 1/4 cup for only 78 calories. I followed the recipe to a T. Will be serving it with baked ruffles and veggies. Yum. I think it would make a great salad dressing also!
I LOVED this recipe. It was super easy. I didn't add the sour cream because I didn't see it and it was good. I didn't do the yogurt cheese step and the consistency was fine. I used the frozen spinach and squeezed the moisture out. The feta is salty so you don't need to add any salt. I added minced garlic to my version. I served with pita chips at a party. I highly recommend it!
