This is a rich, tasty treat which is a hit with slightly sophisticated or open-minded palates. I always have the ingredients on hand and it is quick. I think the next time I make them I may candy or spice the pecans a bit.

I've made these several times, and they always get eaten up. I omitted a second pecan, though, as it made one bite a little too much. I just piped the spread on one pecan and served them "open-faced." Delish!
Made these for a gathering of friends and they were hardly touched. Presented nicely but apparently not a crowd pleaser.
