  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Gently press edges of 2 triangle crescent rolls together to create a rectangle; repeat with remaining dough to make 4 rectangles.

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the softened goat cheese on each rectangle; spread 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce on each. Roll up rectangles into a log starting with the short end, and cut into 6 equal pinwheels. 

  • Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in preheated oven until dough is golden brown and crispy, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
