Made these two weeks ago for a get-together last night for eight friends, along with a few other types of cookies. Made 45, had 40 left for the party. Our friends (friends? Huh!) left us two. They were just perfect. Soft, not too sweet, with a great tang. Just eye-popping flavor! I did add another half cup of chopped cranberries, just because that was all I had left and I didn't know what else to do with them. Thank you, this is now a permanent part of the rotation.
.13 tsp. is equivalent to a smidge more than 1/8 tsp.
What is .13 teaspoon of baking soda?
Fantastic cookies! I was looking for a cookie version of one of my favorite breakfast scones and here it is! Soft, citrusy goodness through and through. I tried them with and without the glaze and they are sensational both ways. Without the glaze you really get to taste the citrus in the cookie, not just the frosting.
If you haven't tried these yet, you should!
