Brining is the only way to go for a moist and flavorful turkey. I brine mine overnight and it is so much better than an unbrined turkey. It works for parts too (sometimes I only make a whole breast if I am having a small group).

Nice idea for those who don't want to cook it right. My 23- 25lb. turkeys are put into the oven for about 15 hours. Low and slow is the only way to go...

i added some extra herbs and spices which made it taste wonderful
