Liquid aminos are healthier than soy in general, but you could always substitute soy sauce.
First of all, this soup took WAAY longer than time indicated and you had to be on hand the whole time. If I were to make it again, which I probably won't, I would use about half the onions called for. There was a huge amount of onions. After all that work, I thought the end product was just MEH
Great soup. Hearty and flavorful. Must try the site cooker method to caramelize the onions. Can't wait to make it again
liquid amino acids are much more healthy and have tons of benefits rather than using soy sauce
Why the liquid aminos? Really? They are only fake soy sauce. Is there a substitute?
