The chicken was excellent. My family could not stop raving about this dish. I doubled the sauce and served it over linguine.
I followed the directions to a T. Next time I'll take the lid off and let the sauce simmer down, so that it's not so watery and I'll use real wine instead of cooking wine.
good, but I should have followed my instincts and used skinless thighs only.
This is such a wonderfully easy dish to make! The aroma of this cooking was heavenly. Will definitely make again!
I was a little apprehensive as I didnt have all the ingredients I needed. I skipped the thyme, the celery, and added dried parsley to the tomatoes as I didnt have fresh parsley. But it was the most delicious chicken ive ever eaten. Definitely making it again.
The sauce smelled and tasted amazing. I would serve it over pasta rather than chicken though or maybe both.
Fantastic, better than going out to eat for a fancy meal! Recommended! I've tried at least 35 different recipes on My Recipes, this one is a keeper..we will make again soon!!
We had this recipe this week and it was fantastic! It got 5 stars from our son who is 7 to our daughter who is 11 and my husband was definitely a fan. Much easier than other chicken cach recipes I have seen in the past.
Complex flavor yet light - served it over thin apaghetti and made it with boneless skinless thighs. Magnifico! It's now on the permanent rotation - even my 8 yr old loved it.
This was an amazing dish! I'm Italian and it tastes as authentic as it gets! A must try!!!
