I doubled the recipe and had it at a BBQ party. It was gone very quickly. I didn't change a thing EXCEPT I didn't use mint because I didn't have it.
Very, very tasty, and not very teay. Used the leftover fruit to make the Lemon-Blueberry Pops also on this site (which became Lemon-Blackberry Pops I guess) to not waste the delicious fruit. Highly recommended!
Wow! This tea is really tasty. Just like eating fresh blackberries. I altered the recipe: put in 3/4 c sugar and omitted mint and baking soda. Saved the strained chunks to be used in a healthy fruit smoothie for later tonight. You just can't replace healthy eating, or rather drinking. I will make this many times for my family when blackberries are low in price and in season. Well worth the small preparation effort.
