Simply the Best Guacamole

Anne: chop and prep ingredients, except avacados, first then combine in 5 minutes or less

Was just checking the recipe to see how it compared to mine lol. I saw Anne’s note that you needed to “get real” about the cutting and chopping in five minutes. It never takes me more time than that…guacamole is pretty easy to make. I do it in less than five, and I add tomatoes instead of the jalapeño since I like mild, not spicy. Good recipe

The guacamole tasted great as I suspected it would just looking at the ingredients. But on what planet can one mash an avocado, chop cilantro. mince onion and a chile pepper and juice a lime in 5 minutes? Get real.
