Bacon-Goat Cheese Jalapeno Poppers
Salty bacon, rich goat cheese, savory-sweet jelly, and roasted jalapeño--it takes teamwork to make the dream work. If you already have the grill going, these dreamy little bites are equally easy to cook outdoors.

Loved this! Just the right amount of heat. Super delicious. Great combo of cheeses.
Eww...how can you mess up a stuffed jalapeno recipe? Made these for a special occasion - the filing was cloying, boring, and like cement.
Delicious and easy to make. I prepared and stuffed the jalapenos a few hours before the party, then just popped them under the broiler and finished them with the bacon and the jelly after our guests had arrived. The jalapenos had just the right amount of heat. I did make sure to remove all the seeds and ribs. I did have to double the recipe as the jalapenos were a good size. Would definitely make again.
I made these for the second time for a Fourth of July gathering, and they stole the show! They were also gone within about 10 minutes, so make a second batch. The first time I made them they were SUPER spicy, so I made sure to clean the seeds and ribs from the jalapeños extra thoroughly the second time and guests said the heat was just right. These will be a go-to for an easy and crowd-pleasing party app!
Wow, we got some hot peppers. Too hot for us, and we like medium heat in many dishes. Love the filling though. Would make with milder peppers for sure. I grilled them for about 10 minutes and then broiled them for 2.
Made to recipe, super-easy to prep in advance and then pop under the broiler when you're ready for drinks and these peppers. Overall, prefer the taste of CL's grilled stuffed jalapeno. Served before CL's mushroom-beef burgers.
These are my new favorite appetizer and I can't wait to make them again. I was having a hard time finding decent jalapenos so I just chopped up a couple jalapenos and mixed it in with the cheese (also mixed the bacon in the cheese) and then stuffed sweet peppers. They were more colorful and we really enjoyed them. Next time I'll put extra jalapeno in just to kick up the heat but think I'll stick with stuffing the sweet peppers. Sweet, salty, spicy -- this recipe has it all!
