Can substitute bananas for potatoes in this recipe as well!
I'm not sure what happened, but we couldn't taste the bacon or cheddar at all. These just tasted like regular mashed potatoes to us (so obviously not worth the extra calories, expense, time...).
These are delicious. I served them with simple spicy baked chicken breasts and CL's Quick Skillet Asparagus. I doubled the recipe, and I will definitely make these again.
Excellent potato recipe--easy to make. I served them with the Carolina Rubbed Pork Chops from an earlier issue. Will make again.
